ZSP guides lenders on refinancing of MPC retail portfolio

We advised Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Bank AD Novi Sad, acting as lead arrangers, and UniCredit Bank Serbia in connection with a facility agreement of up to EUR 225 million extended to MPC Properties’ borrowers.

The financing related to the refinancing of a portfolio of retail assets, including the Ušće, Mercator and BEO shopping centres.

The matter was led by DLA Piper, with the ZSP Advokati team comprising Partners Stojan Semiz and Jelisaveta Stanišić and Senior Associate Tijana Trivunović.
