ZSP guides EBRD on investment in Voli Trade

We acted as local counsel to the EBRD in connection with its equity investment of up to EUR 25 million in Voli Trade, supporting the development of a logistics and distribution centre in Podgorica, Montenegro.

The investment supports improvements in operational efficiency, digitalisation and sustainability standards in the Montenegrin retail sector.
