Nikola Sugaris

Nikola is a partner in our corporate and M&A practice.

He has experience advising domestic and international clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (cross-border and domestic), venture capital investments, corporate restructurings, and various other strategic transactions.

Nikola also focuses on counselling project companies on their formation, recapitalization, financing and general life cycle, including exits, particularly in the real estate and energy sectors.

• Major regional developer on the sale of its Belgrade office portfolio, the largest transaction of its kind in Serbia to date
