Tijana is a senior associate in our banking and finance practice group.
Tijana has experience in a broad range of financing transactions, including general corporate lending, asset-backed lending, project finance and leveraged/acquisition finance in which she has represented a variety of clients across a range of industries.
She also advises clients on IP/data protection.
Representative experience includes advising:
- Syndicate of lenders on EUR 155 million wind park financing, recognized as 2022 deal of the year by a leading legal publication
- International lender on a string of aircraft financing deals for Serbia’s flagship carrier, totalling USD 36 million
- International developer on EUR 125 million financing of the largest regional shopping mall
- International developers and local and international lenders on several financing deals for residential and commercial complexes in Belgrade
