Jasna Milosavljević

Jasna is a partner in our real estate and projects practice.

She advises domestic and international clients (investors, developers and operators) on all aspects of a project (residential/commercial/production) cycle, from property acquisition (land or operational assets), through drafting and negotiating agreements with various contractors, drafting commercial leases to successful exits.

During project development phase, Jasna counsels on FIDIC suite of contracts and various forms of EPC, O&M contracts.

Jasna also advises clients on a range of commercial matters.

Representative experience includes advising:

• International developer on all aspects of EUR 42 million largest-to-date single asset acquisition of an office building in Belgrade business district
• International manufacturing company on acquisition of major-scale project site and various associated agreements with Serbian government, with estimated project value of EUR 1 billion
• International developer on all aspects of EUR 50 million second-largest-to date urban regeneration project in Belgrade, including development of a new railway station
• International developer on a string of property acquisitions in Belgrade (land and existing buildings)
• International developer on all aspects of 2 large high-end residential complexes in Belgrade
