Aleksandar advises on various corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and joint ventures.

Aleksandar also acts for local and international investors in the real estate, industrial and energy sectors, advising on commercial transactions and regulatory issues.

• Exiting shareholders on the sale of a leading marketing and communications group to a private equity investor
• Various international investors on a string of joint ventures for major property developments in Belgrade
• Major waste management company on the acquisition of a Serbian metal recycling business
• Leading global manufacturers of automotive components on all aspects of greenfield investments in Serbia
• International renewables investor on a suite of contracts for the development of a solar farm in Serbia
